Laundry facilities by arrangement (shared with owners). Enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 5 steps to the garden and unfenced river frontage in the surrounding grounds. The property has a natural water supply. . In an enviable setting, within the Snowdonia National Park, this lovely secluded barn conversion offers a warm welcome from the neighbouring owners. Together with its own enclosed garden, it is surrounded by beautiful landscaped grounds bisected by the River Dwynant. With a footpath on the doorstep, it is perfect for those that enjoy the outdoors. A sandy beach, shops, inns and restaurants can be found nearby at Barmouth. Harlech Castle and the championship golf course are 12 miles. Riding and fishing nearby. Shops, pubs and restaurants 3 miles.
