Property needs an upgrade

Great location but the apartment needs to be upgraded. Kitchen was basic with limited ability to cook. Bathroom was tiny and there was not hot water in the shower. My partner decided to not take a shower and I took a cold shower. Bedroom does not have enough space and you can barely walk around the bed. Again, I loved the location but the apartment was not worth the money.
