Outside there is a two car garage that can be utilized to park your vehicle, RV, snow machines, or boat. The front yard is spacious and leads to a private sandy Lake Michigan beach. There is also a gas grill and stone fire pit available for you to enjoy.
    This home is located on a private drive that is maintained and plowed through out the year. A few friendly neighbors, but otherwise your own private retreat.
    Enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, relaxing, golfing, etc... Easy access to RV and snow machine trails. Close drive to the city of Escanaba, and great location to nearby Eben Ice Caves, the cities of Munising, Iron Mountain, Marquette, Manistique, Marinette, WI, and several more. Located 10 miles to either Ford River or Cedar River boat launches accessing world class Walleye Fishing.
