Inserted in a completely renovated period building of 1900 and only 350m from Piazza Garibaldi and the Court, the apartment is equipped with all the main comforts. The center can be reached on foot with a 10-minute walk and the area has all the services: pharmacies, pizzerias, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Possibility of parking in a partner garage. This 85sqm apartment with balcony is located on the first floor of a building without a lift. It has a living room with a dining area and an American kitchen equipped with an induction hob, fridge, oven and coffee machine. 2 bedrooms one with double bed and wardrobe and the second with 2 single beds. Toilet with shower. Further services available to guests: WIFI, TV, heating, A / C, iron and ironing board. It is possible to book a parking in the "Autosilo San Francesco Bari" car park at about 200m from the apartment. Please let us know if you are interested.
