This accommodation is fine - clean and quiet but no bells and whistles. No room cleaning during stay and I did run out do toilet paper and bought my own. Not a clear check-in process, wonderful Italy says your access codes won’t work if you don’t sign the rental agreement, but it can’t be done digitally unless your phone number is active (which is not the case for many international travellers- myself included. Ended up purchases phone minutes just to call them to ask about it). No instructions on how get into the door of the actual building- I just pressed the buzzer a lot until it clicked open (which it always did, but at first it gave me a lot of anxiety not knowing if it would or if it would stop working past a certain time). If you like walking or have a car/scooter the location is ok but you have to walk 15-40 minutes everytime you want to go somewhere good. I like walking so it as ok for me, but it takes 15-20 minutes to hit the main city and 25-30 to get to the old city. 40-45 minutes to nearest beach. The neighbourhood itself isn’t great- as a solo female traveller, I felt a bit uncomfortable at first. Lastly, my bathroom was outside my room- it was private to me only but still not ideal- so know, if you book room 3 your bathroom will be out of the room. Overall, it was not a bad stay. I would stay here again if I wasn’t alone or if I had a quick turnover in Bari, but it wasn’t ideal for my four nights alone.
