Property was excellent. Very clean and comfortable with good amenities and walkable distance to all local attractions, including the train station. Good communication before our stay so it was clear how to access the property. Would recommend.

Was easy to reach from the central train station, and not far from old town. Large space, comfortable bed. Wish there was an option to choose two separate beds though.

The room is very dirty and the bed sheets were ripped its really old and everything was dusty The personal is really rude.i called her for help and she just hanged up the phone. The bed also was very dirty and kinda disgusting to sleep in.

Convienent location between central station and old town. Apartment was clean and comfortable but there were a couple of damaged things but it all worked. We were actually put in Dante 3 rather than Dante 11 but that was okay apart from some minor miscommunication.

Bathroom appears to have been newly renovated. The job seems rushed. Grout stuck to floor and on walls. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall. These things should be fixed. Otherwise, property was great. Area around was in heart of city. Very convenient. Parking is a nightmare

Very clean and comfortable accommodation in an excellent location close to all the main sights, amenities and the railway station. It is in a busy area of the city so feels safe but is consequently noisy during the day although quiet at night. Having a balcony was an unexpected bonus. Would have been a 5 rating except for some obvious minor maintenance needed and the close proximity of the other guests through the adjoining door. We could hear them snoring and they would hear us times 10! The other annoyance was the frequent pressing of our downstairs entry system bell by other residents in the block at all times of day and night.

The room was dirty and the walls in the bathroom were splashed with disgusting things. The bed had bed bugs in it and I woke up with lots of bug bites all over my body. I didn’t even get in the bed covers because they had stains in it! It was a very unpleasant experience and I wasn’t able to enjoy it at all!!! Couldn’t t wait to leave this room and we checked out around 4am and just left to our train station because of that.
