Inserted in a completely renovated period building of 1900 and only 350m from Piazza Garibaldi and the Court, the apartment is equipped with all the main comforts. The historic center can be reached within 10 minutes on foot, and you can park your car in a partner garage. Free and unlimited WiFi and air conditioning!

Newly renovated apartment with balcony (overlooking the inner courtyard), located on the mezzanine floor, there are 10 steps to access the apartment.
Composed of a living room with a dining area and an American-style kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a fridge, an oven and a coffee machine. Large bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Toilet with shower. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, to make your stay unforgettable: free unlimited WIFI, TV, heating, air conditioning.
It is possible to reserve a parking space in the "Autosilo San Francesco Bari" car park at about 200m from the apartment. Please let us know if you are interested.

The entire accommodation is available to guests. The entire building is for tourism use, we manage 10 apartments in the building!

Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unforeseen or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.
