"Our family was there during July 4th. Hotel was fully booked but staff were nice and we had a smooth check in. Location is amazing, close to the action at the warf. You could watch the fireworks from the yard luckily. They say the pool was heated but was chilly to my standards. Hotel was clean but you could tell the property was dated. The HVAC was pretty noisy when it would come on at night. Overall good value for money."

"The location for us is Perfect! Easy to find, get in and out, everything is nearby and easy. Parking is great and included. Free Coffee in the lobby is GOOD! Staff is working hard and friendly! Not cheap but cost less than other hotels... Overall, a Great Buy."

"It is definitely old. Pretty clean, but needs some love. Our room had a window into the hallway and that wasnt great. Between that and the gap under the door, a lot of hallway noise and lights disturbed our sleep. You can also hear full conversations of the people in the bathroom above you. I did love the location. Public beach access right across the street and an easy drive to food and shopping."
