  • Holiday development "Les Marmottes", built in 1981. Above Barèges, outside the resort, in a quiet position on a slope, in the countryside. In the house: storage room for skis. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (96 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bus stop 500 m. Ski lift 3 km, ski school 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Access to the residence by steps.
    2-room apartment 38 m2 on 1st floor. Practical furnishings: living/dining room, with sloping ceilings with TV. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette in the entrance (2 hot plates, mini-oven, microwave). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: smoke alarm. Smoke detectors. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Prenons de la hauteur

Bel appartement idéal pour 4 personnes. Le matelas supérieur du lit superposé est très fin et peu confortable. Le matelas du clic clac est inutilisable pour dormir ( sens les ressorts en s'asseyant).Attention beaucoup de marchés pour accéder à l'appartement mais la vue en haut vaut ce petit sport quotidien! Commerces à proximité. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Bien équipé

Location au calme tout en haut de la résidence à la lisière de la forêt. Mais l'accès se fait par des escaliers extérieurs. Donc prévoir du temps pour monter ses bagages. Appartement très bien équipé. Table pliante très appréciée pour manger dehors.

Séjour très agréable

L’appartement est totalement conforme à la description de l’annonce. La propriétaire est très arrangeante pour la remise des clefs, malgré leurs tardive lors de notre arrivé. Le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. La situation du logement est propice à la découverte de la région. Nous recommanderions cette appartement.

Un lugar precioso

La casa tiene mucho menage y está situada al final de todas las casitas ,muy cerca de una puertecita que da al sendero de un bosque encantador. Es un lugar con unas buenas vistas de las montañas y es supertranquilo . El mercadillo de los miércoles te surte de verduras frescas de temporada y de la gente de la zona.
