  • Full apartment for 2 people, with the option to accommodate 4 (bedroom + sofa bed). Families only (no groups). We do not normally accept groups.
    QUIET, PRIVATE, and SAFE accommodation. It features a pleasant terrace.
    REF. Rent (as a primary residence): 1,305.72 €.
    Renovated in 2018 with top-quality finishes.

    Our apartments are designed to be a quiet, family-friendly place where relaxation is a priority. Please keep this information in mind before making your request. Electricity and water charges are NOT included for stays longer than 45 nights (approximate cost: between € 120-180 /month).

    BASIC CONDITIONS:
    - We only accept reservations for stays that are primarily for tourism and/or leisure purposes, and/or to visit a family member (in order to comply with current regulations).
    - Therefore, we cannot accept stays for work, study, or training purposes, for medical appointments, etc.
    - Groups are not accepted. Only couples or families (couples with children), or single guests.
    - No noise after 11:00 PM (on weekdays) and after midnight on the eve of holidays.
    - Parties of any kind are not permitted.

    - The use or consumption of products or instruments, or the engagement in any activity, that is illegal or that may disturb the peace, safety, hygiene, or pleasant atmosphere of the building is not permitted.

BOILER: Unplug the boiler. The plug is in the boiler closet, at the kitchen.
