This apartment is located in one of Barcelona's newest emblematic buildings and has gorgeous park and pool views. Beautiful, spacious, stylishly decorated apartment with large terrace offers a truly comfortable and convenient accommodation. Big terrace of 35m2 with table and chairs. Stylish living room features a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for a comfortable stay. There two double bedrooms: an en-suite bedroom with large double bed and a twin bedroom. Linen and towels are provided by the property. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. 2 Complete marble bathrooms. In the laundry room you will find a washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board. Caretaker and security guard 24 hours a day. There is an elevator in the building. IMPORTANT INFORMATION \- Check-in from 15 p.m. \- Check-out before 11 a.m. \- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. \- Parties in the apartment are not allowed. \- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight. \- A 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out \- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. As advertised - new, clean, modern apt, 8min walk from the convention center, across the street from the beach, few blocks from a mall and metro station. Doorman for most of the daytime hours.
