The Forty Six exceeded our expectations in every way. Spacious and convenient kitchen, living room, bedrooms and baths. Well stocked with everything we needed for a wonderfully comfortable stay. The location is perfect for exploring Barcelona, and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. We were a group of 6 ranging in age from 62 to 88 and it was perfect for us. A real bonus was the responsiveness of our hosts. We all enjoyed Ventura’s introductory comments and the history of the apartment itself. His recommendations for restaurants were excellent.I only wish we were staying longer. ##### Betty M. The apartment is immaculate with amazing views and perfectly located. As a family of 7, we all fit very comfortably with everything we needed available. The host was friendly and responsive and got us set up with concierge services to arrange tours and transportation. Ventura and Nuria are incredible hosts. They made us feel at home and went over the top to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The condo is modern, clean, and has all the amenities you could ask for. Communication with the owner was great in all aspects of our stay. The owner greeted us as we arrived and spent 30 minutes or more describing the property, where to go, and how he could help. No one has ever done that before and it should be a best practice. The pictures match perfectly, everything works great, and the location is #1! Everything Ventura recommends is a wonderful experience! When I return to Barcelona, I will only stay here. ##### Scott S. FORTYSIX was the perfect place for our visit. Ventura and Nuria were amazingly welcoming hosts and thought of every detail to make our stay relaxing. The decor is chic and comfortable. Some wonderful restaurants and bars within short walks were Vinitus, Tapas 24, Batea and Banker’s Bar. Easily walkable to the Gothic quarter and Picasso Museum. Highly recommended! ##### Daryl D. Gorgeous, extremely clean, spacious, and perfectly located. We especially loved listening to the children playing in the « backyard ». The beds were the best beds I have EVER slept in. Ventura has thought of every possible need of his guests. Everything was perfect from the decor, the layout, the amenities, the location and, of course, the view. I was amazed at how quiet it is inside the apartment. We have stayed in many short term, luxury rentals in the US and Europe and this was by far my favorite. It is an incredible value. If we needed anything , the host took care of it for us. The 3 times a week for someone to clean the unit was fantastic we stayed for about 27days, and very happy with the decision . The location could not be better- even better than the Mandarin Oriental in the next block, because you get a free sound and light show every night from Casa Batllo across the road. The facilities were excellent, and Ventura was a super host, making suggestions for eating out and places to visit. We intend too make it an annual trip, that´s how good it was. ##### Eddie T. Not a single detail was missed in this beautiful home. Its beauty only surpassed by the incredible hospitality of the owner, not just ensuring we were comfortably settled, but being our guardian angel and host - throughout our short trip constantly checking up to ensure everything was ok, and offering suggestions. My family of 5 just enjoyed the perfect stay in this unit! (3 kids between ages 9 and 13.) The location is fantastic, the unit is beautiful, and everything is as described in the listing. In fact, I would say the actual unit is better than the sense you get from the listing, when you consider all of the intangibles. Everything is close by, with subway station / taxi stand / 24 hour market all within literally 100 yds of the front door. The unit is very nicely furnished, like a luxury hotel - from little touches like coffee/tea to beverages to even the quality of the towels. We would not hesitate to stay here again! ##### Jerry M.
