The keyless entry was very smooth and the neighbors in the apt complex were polite and welcoming. Location is great. You're out of the busiest parts of Barcelona, but still have quick and easy access to a subway and are less than 20 mins to Gothic Quarter via subway. Loads of dining options nearby. Nice beds, large showers in both bathrooms. Our friend mentioned hearing light street noise in the bedroom facing the street, but it did not disturb her sleep (and she does not wear ear plugs). I noticed another review that mentioned trouble sleeping - we did not have any issues. The bedroom facing the inner courtyard was almost silent. It was more than pleasant to have the office on the ground floor, not only for check-in but for assistance with restaurant suggestions, transport options and recommendations for places to see and how to get the most from our stay. Very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking in the Gracia neighborhood but is also well located for getting to the main tourist stops on foot easily. Perfect location, close to everything yet in a quiet location surrounded by amazing restaurants. Very nice apartment with all facilities, luminous and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. I would rent the same apartment again and would certainly recommend it. Unfortunately however, there was a mistake at check-in, we were put in the wrong apartment and were told we had to move after we had had time to unpack our suitcases. While the attendant was polite, we were not offered any help with the move or any kind of compensation. ##### Madeleine R.
