And practical for your business, for its excellent location, for the relaxation that will provide you with its spacious and comfortable living room - with two balconies, and completely soundproofed thanks to the double glazing of its large windows - and for the freedom and discretion it offers.

    Our usual check-in time is from 15:00 to 21.00h, so we recommend that you contact us in advance to arrange your arrival time.Check-out is until 11:00 a.m., but late check-out can be requested, subject to availability.



    Outside of the established hours, we have the following rates:

    Late check-in: arrival after 9:00 p.m. incurs a cost of €30 until 11:00 p.m., after which €10 will be added for each additional hour.

    Late check-out (departure after 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.) and early check-in (arrival before 3:00 p.m.) are subject to availability and incur an additional charge, which can be consulted.

    The apartment has a HUTB tourist licence.

    Tourist tax:10,45€ per person/night not included in the final price.

    Payment must be made in cash upon arrival at the apartment for all guests over 16 years of age, and for a maximum of 7 days.Law 5/2017 of the Generalitat de Catalunya, for stays with check-in from 1/4/2017.
