Not far from Güell Park, designed by Gaudi. Fully equipped, down to the last detail. The kitchen of this charming apartment features all accessories. Located in a beautiful 4 floor apartment, it contains one double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. There is a lounge-dining room and the well-equipped kitchen means you can enjoy cooking with your friends.There is also a complete bathroom and separate lavatory. This apartment is located near of the Sagrada Familia, Gaudi's famous masterpiece, in the sector of Barcelona known as l\`Eixample, a name that literally signifies "the expansion" which refers to its role in the urban development that occurred in the 19th century on the initiative of designer Ildefonso Cerdá. Thanks to the apartment's location close to various public transportation connection points, it is easy to reach any area of the city. TERMS & CONDITIONS: CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival. \- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door. \- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement. \- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys. \- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned. \- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security. \- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. L... L'appartement est situé à 8 minutes d'un arrêt de métro, à deux arrêts de la Sagrada Familia. Le quartier est peu touristique mais tout de même circulant. L'appartement était très propre et soigné, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, mais cependant un peu impersonnel. L'agent de class bedroom nous a donné la possibilité d'un check in en avance et sans aucun soucis, ce qui est très appréciable. Le seul petit point négatif est qu'il nous a été promis à deux reprises qu'une personne viendrait réparer le store de la chambre principale qui bloquait bien avant la moitié de la fenêtre et que rien n'a été fait. Nous aurions préféré ne pas avoir de promesse du tout. Tout le reste était professionnel et le service est à conseiller. ##### Dominique T.
