Summary: The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to this lovely 3 bedroom apartment with a nice private balcony and plenty of space for you! Located in the cultural and chic neighborhood of Poblenou, you have incredible transport links to the city center and just a few steps from the beach, the Olympic port and the Ciutadella Park! The Space: My 3 bedrooms apartment in Poblenou is what you are looking for! The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. The kitchen has been recently renovated and I am sure you will enjoy preparing delicious meals after an exciting day sightseeing! Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! We manage other apartments in the same building, ideal for business groups and big families! ⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights. Getting Around: The apartment is a few steps from the Bogatell Metro, which connects to the city center in just 10 minutes. The beach, the Olympic port and the Ciutadella Park are nearby areas that are worth visiting. Other Things to Note: \*\*\* TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS \*\*\* \- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation. \- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports.
