In accordance with community regulations, this apartment is suitable only for families and adults over 30 years of age.<br><br>According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid ID (DNI or passport) for traveller registration.<br><br>A €300 deposit is required via credit card upon arrival (not applicable to Airbnb reservations). The deposit will be refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the apartment.<br><br>The following charges may be deducted from the deposit: lost or unreturned key set, €100; stained (sun cream, makeup, shoe soles, discolored) or damaged bed linens or towels, €15 + VAT (21%) each; an additional hour of extra cleaning due to the condition in which the apartment is left, €17 + VAT (21%).<br><br>Tourist tax not included: it must be paid at the rate applicable at the time of check-in.
