Description: Spacious three-story apartment in the beautiful and vibrant Gràcia neighborhood. It has a magnificent private terrace on the roof, a balcony, and shares a communal pool ideal to beat the heat during the summer months. It has two bedrooms located on the second floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It has an area of 80m2 and is equipped with clean towels and sheets ready for use on the day of your arrival. On the first floor of this beautiful apartment, you will find the living room and the adjoining kitchen. The living-dining room is fully furnished in a modern style, has a TV and a double sofa bed for two more guests. It is the perfect place to relax after a long day touring the city with friends or working. On the other hand, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you may need to prepare your favorite dishes: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, and stove. In addition, this apartment near the center also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and parking spaces available on request. This magnificent apartment is one of the different apartments that we offer in the same building. The photos you see are a selection of photos of different apartments located in the same building. We never were able to enjoy a shower and we were there for 5 nights, because the shower head was broken – and while they said they would send someone, no one came. On the first day the WIFI didn't work, and they did send someone. The apartment itself is functional although very dark and not especially comfortable.
