Pau Claris Double is a brand new 2 bedroom apartment ideally located in the heart of bustling Eixample, just around the corner from the famous Passeig de Gracia with its numerous shops and restaurants.  
  
The Space:  
The 590 SqFt / 55 sq.m. home is brand new and therefore offers the very latest modern furnishings and equipment. It features an open floor plan that integrates a modern kitchen and a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and small balcony. The kitchen comes fully equipped with high-end appliances such as dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave. The home features one double bedroom with a queen size bed and one single bedroom, as well as a nicely designed bathroom with rainfall shower. The unit also counts with a washer-dryer machine amongst other amenities.  
  
IMPORTANT: FAÇADE WORKS - Please note that maintenance works will take place on the building’s façade starting in October and expected to last during November 2025. Special price applied for this reason. The works will occur Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. During this period, windows and balcony doors must remain closed, and balcony access will be unavailable as there will be workers doing the improvements. As the washing machine is on the balcony, we require that laundry be done before 8:30 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m.

Leaving your home and having the most beautiful buildings in town a few meters away, is priceless. You can not stop walking the entire Passeig de Gracia or stopping to contemplate the great houses of Catalan modernism: La Pedrera, La Casa Batlló, Casa Lleó Morera and Casa Atmetller, among other stunning buildings.

Cars can stop for a while just in front. Nearest metro stop is Passeig de Gràcia (L3 y L4, trains).
