The apartment has a total of 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Equipped with central heating, air conditioning, internet access (WiFi). \-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED \-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit \-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine \-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€). \-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector.
