It has a spacious living room with air conditioning and access to the balcony and a long corridor that leads to a bright fully equipped kitchen with also a dinning table (separate from the living area). The bathroom it is also full equipated and it comes with shower. The apartment has a 110m2 Walking distance (10min away) you can find the iconic monument "La Pedrera" from Gaudí, also, Passeig de Gràcia and Casa Batlló. Plaça Catalunya is about 20' walking. We can say your wiill be staying within walking distance from the heart of Catalan modernism; one of the neighborhoods with the most attractive heritage. It is the most visited area by tourists thanks to its touristic areas such as: Plaza Cataluña, La Pedrera, la Casa Batlló, la Casa Amatller, la Casa de les Punxes, la Casa Lleó i Morera, The Palau Robert, The Manzana de la Discordia… It’s a neighborhood of culture and architecture, a spectacle that places value on the grandiosity of its constructions and therefore to see and offers a gastronomic, leisure, and cultural variety.
