This 60m2 flat is located on the main floor of an early 20th-century building. With a capacity for up to 4 people and is conveniently located 3 minutes from the nearest metro station (Parallel). Once in the flat, you will find a contemporary dining table with seating for 3 people and access to a small balcony of 2m2 with a coffee table and chairs for 2 people. The master bedroom is next door with a 150cm double bed and a huge wardrobe. The kitchen is at the end of the corridor for cooking simple meals, combined oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom is fully equipped with a relaxing rain shower head. At the end of the corridor, you will find the second bedroom. It is furnished with a 135 cm double bed, wardrobe, and interior window. Both the bedrooms and the common area are equipped with wall radiators to keep you warm in winter. Two split-type air conditioning units and an oscillating table fan will help keep you cool during the summer. The apartment has motion sensors that are activated only when the apartment is empty and/or with free days without reservations. \*\* Be responsible with your electricity consumption and be sure to turn off all lights and appliances when you go out - being GREEN is GREAT! Note that the AC is located in just the living room and 1 bedroom NO YOUTH GROUPS (over 25 years old, please). Please note the following important information before booking: \- Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included. \- Travel cot/Travel cot: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it \-Arrival after hours: \- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). They also provided a bottle of champagne. Rooms were clean, doors are very secure. The beds were harder than to our liking, but the rooms had air conditioning, which was very nice. The apartment overall was very small which might just be a europe thing. The door to get into the apartment building was hard to get the key to turn, some giggling was needed. It would take a couple tries and varied on difficulty to open. The area surrounding the apartment was dirty, and underconstruction. Which was disappointing as it wasnt shown in the pictures. Overall the place felt average. It wasnt anything special and the area of the city felt dirty and full of construction. It was close to La Rambla and the Port which worked for our cruise. ##### Michaela O.
