It is fully equipped and features one double bedroom, living room with a double sofa bed and a full bathroom with shower. The living room is spacious with lots of natural light,it has a dining table and a working space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances like hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and cookware. The apartment also comes with a washing machine and free WIFI. Towels and bed linens are provided by the property. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. There is heating and AC. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a residential building, there is an elevator. The apartment is located just 4 minutes walking to Metro Station Hospital Clínic (Blue Line - L5), from where you can easily move around the city. Close to the apartment you will also find Enrique Grandados Street, a semi pedestrian street where you can find different bars and restaurants and enjoy its good ambient.
