With approximately 45 m², this apartment has a clean and modern designthat makes it comfortable for any visitor. The large windows allow sunlight to enter the apartment, creating a light and airy space. In addition, its location close to Avenida Diagonal guarantees excellent connections with public transport. It is important to note that the apartment is located between the ground and first floors with stairs without access to the elevator. This nice apartment near the Barraquer Clinic can accommodate 3 people. It has one bedroomon the first floor with a comfortable double bed and direct access to the bathroom. The entrance door is located in the room. Going down the stairs, we find the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a sofa in the living room for 1 person to sleep, ideal for resting after an exciting day of sightseeing in Barcelona. The apartment has 1 bathroom with a shower, providing comfort and privacy to guests. In the living room, you will find a sofa and a TV so you can relax and enjoy pleasant moments. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, allowing you to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals in the comfort of the apartment. In addition, the apartment is equipped with additional amenities such as iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and dryer. Free Wi-Fiis also provided to stay connected during your stay. Security and Access:The building has security measures, and access to the apartment is convenient, guaranteeing the tranquility of the residents.
