Newly renovated apartment with private terrace and communal pool, fully equipped and furnished of 80 m2, located in building with elevator and optional parking in the same building (30€ / day). Near the apartment you will find plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and stores. Gràcia is a very well connected area with metro and bus lines (Joanic, Fontana, Verdaguer). In the neighborhood of Gràcia you will find squares, bars and restaurants full of tradition mixed with the modernism that Barcelona offers. The neighborhood of Gràcia is just a few meters away from the famous and imposing Park Güell, as well as the world famous Sagrada Familia. In this neighborhood you will find the best kept secrets of the city (bars, markets, unique stores, architectural gems and much more). It is located in a very nice neighborhood in the Gràcia. There are lots of excellent local shops in the area, and the Joanic metro station is just a few hundred meters away. It's quiet and peaceful at night. We appreciated the parking garage in the basement as we were traveling through Spain by car. We had a couple minor issues with the apartment which the owner resolved to right away, very responsive. Overall, it is a comfortable and enjoyable apartment. It is quite convenient to the Joaniq Metro Station. There is also a full supermarket 500m away. The very nice Mercat de l’Abaceria is also less than 1km away. This is a real neighborhood providing the opportunity to live local in the Barcelona Gracia. We enjoyed our most recent week here very much. It is managed by the My Space Barcelona company, and it was necessary to go to the office to pick up the keys, and to make payments there. Plan to go there before the apartment. They were kind and the process was efficient. They promptly refunded our security deposit as well. Thank you My Space Barcelona. ##### Chet G. Barcelona is a great city and we enjoyed staying in Gràcia. However, the apartment company that rents the property does little to provide for its guests. The kitchen was severely lacking in glasses, coffee cups and silverware. There was only one fork The TV had no international channels and the Internet was sporadic at best Hardly any toilet paper. The neighborhood is very charming and this helped us overlook some of the deficiencies of the apartment ##### steve w. L'unique carte magnétique s'est demagnetisee en moins de 12 heures, nous avons obtenu une procedure d'ouverture via une application à l'efficacité aleatoire. A noter le check-in s'effectue à un autre endroit dans Barcelone. Didn’t know much about Gracia but it’s charming and busy and full of life. Easy access to the rest of Barcelona too. Yes there were photos of the staircases but it was worse than it looked. Pour une réalité cauchemardesque... A notre arrivée, le ménage n'était pas fait, nous avons dû patienter une heure..... La propreté en général n'était pas au rendez-vous (moutons sous le lit, papier hygiénique et autre sous le canapé lit.....) Traces d'urines et autres sur les matelas.... Les photos datent certainement de bien longtemps, l'appartement ne ressemble plus vraiment à ça et aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement.... De plus la climatisation est quasiment inexistante... Alors quand on est obligés de dormir les fenêtres fermées à cause du bruit (musique et cris en tout genre) venant du voisinage direct, autant dire qu'il est impossible de fermer l'oeil.
