The "almost" is due to the inability to take long showers, notwithstanding the wonderful shower heads, because of the architectural difficulty. But once one gets used to this, it is perfect. Suggestion: let the guest have one box of Nespressos upon arrival. The photos on line were the same as the flat, everything was quite new and clean. However. the bathroom is not big, but usable. We stayed two and a half months very comfortable.
