Upon arriving at the property I was shocked to find a dingy, dirty apartment. The showers were filled with mold and the beds felt like cardboard. I ultimately left the property the next morning. The company did not respond to my phone calls and will not respond to my emails. Upon calling over the next weeks I was told to call back when a manager was there - when I asked when that would be, they said "sometime tomorrow." When I called back several times, no one answered, so I left a message and still have not heard back. I'm at my wits end and deserve a refund. I will say, the building manager was very lovely and kind, although we had a language barrier in communicating (which is on me, not him).
