Located 10 minutes walking from Passeig de Gracia and the Sagrada Familia and only 20 minutes from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. The apartment has 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 5 people: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and balcony. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bedroom with 1 single bed. There is an independent kitchen and 2 full bathrooms with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free WIFI and TV. Take the Girona metro (L4) and you get to the Gothic neighborhood in 3 stops. There is a supermarket right around the corner, and a taxi popular stop right outside. Close to terrific restaurants - Don Kilo right across the apartment is truly impressive. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The apartment is cozy, quiet, safe, clean, roomy, and comfortable. The elegant decor represents a stylish modernism Eixample unit, which is unique. With a washer in unit, a Nespresso coffee maker, an equipped kitchen, 2 full baths, steady wifi and hot water, this unit is perfect for families.
