Hidden Gem of a Hotel.
This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property. Both times were excellent. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. It’s close and convenient to the Metro. The main sights are a short taxi ride away. I highly recommend.

Room was great and so was the hotel location, very convenient to hop onto the metro or take a bus straight to catalunya in under 15 minutes.

Dissappointing
I liked the breakfast at this hotel however there were several problems. Shower did not drain properly and the room got flooded. They fixed it however a foul smell kept coming from the bathroom throughout my stay. I asked for an iron and board. What they gave me is the cheapest portable $5 ironing board from Ikea and ironing using that is next to impossible. The iron itself was in terrible condition with lots of dirt stuck to it, it ruined my shirt. They did swap the iron with a good one but the damage was done. They have a gym but it only opens at 9AM which means no chance of using it before going to work. I used it one evening and found the treadmill is the cheap type for home use and stops randomly. Unusable. I don't recommend this place and won't be coming back.

Everything was GREAT! I stayed at a Mercure in Paris and this one was similar. I believe they are known for their hot and cold breakfast bar...no pancakes or waffles but enough to fill you up!

In general the hotel is very nice, the bath room needs to improve, you need to add, more hooks for the towels the shower head is very uncomfortable, but in general your hotel is very nice, and the front desk people is ver nice and helpful another small problem was with my sister, she felt sick an the from call a private doctor, unfortunately, she needs more experience, she give a wrong diagnosis, we end goin to the HM Adellfos, very nice place and more profesional than the doctor Delgado, she needs to be more profesional, she make us petrified w the wrong diagnosis, I know this is not your problem but maybe you can suggested another doctor for the future, thank u very much, Mrs Poulidakis.

The hotel is actually not a 4-star hotel. The staffs were not friendly and nice, so disappointed with Mercure hotel. I've been to Mercure hotels in other countries, and they were not like this, better service. No coffee and tea in room, but you can get it at the lobby. The room was OK, a bit small but comfortable.

Nice clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff

Not a 4* Accor hotel - clean and modern. Good short stay in Barcelona - in a clean modern hotel. But - No tea/coffee machine in room. One lift of two out of order for our 4 nights stay. Tea/coffee machine (free) in reception area - often not working - no water- but enough free sweets ! Pleasant and courteous staff - but reception staff insisted on calling for a taxi to the airport without explaining the price would be double that of getting one on the street.

Marisa who checked us in was great but stay was horrible. Had to change rooms twice, first because overhead pipe broke in hallway outside room flooding hallway. Then in second room water seeped through wall between shower and bedroom. I slipped on wet tile floor in bedroom and could easily have broken a bone. Accidents happen but Management offered minimal apology and no attempt to express regret for the inconvenience and even danger with a refund or even chocolates. I would never stay here again even for free!!

Not bad. Location is near the Sant Gervasi station, just a few stops away from Pl Catalan. The room was pretty clean. There are bakeries on this street next to the hotel, but otherwise pretty quiet at night.

the hotel was clean, with a modern design, room was cleaned on a daily basis, and bed sheets ware changed every two days, free internet, flat screen tv with a few foreign channels, a few minutes from city center, staff was polite and helpfull, one thing bother me is the city travel tax whitch we ware not informed and expected to pay at the end of the stay, overall great experience, do recommend
