Located in one of the most popular areas of Barcelona, the Sagrada Familia district is a clean, safe, and friendly neighbourhood that offers visitors authentic Barcelona city life. . The apartment measures 85m2 (914 ft2) and was completely refurbished in 2014\. The flat now consists of a living/dining room with an open plan kitchen which provides everything you need; oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, washing machine, blender, coffee machine plus a variety of pots & pans, plates, and cutlery. The apartment has both central heating AND air conditioning throughout ALL the rooms. There is fast WiFi (250 Mbps) for free and both the living room and the en-suite bedroom has a TV with a Chromecast which allows you to stream your favorite shows from your phone. Down the hall, you will find the first bathroom, which has a bathtub, a shower, heated towel racks, a toilet, and a sink. The first bedroom at the end of the hall is very spacious. It has a king-sized bed, two bedside tables with individual lights, a sofa couch and a large cupboard to store all your clothes and suitcases. The bedroom is equipped with automatic blinds which ensure total darkness and a good night's rest. In this bedroom, you will also find a hairdryer, iron, ironing board a clothes horse, and all the fresh clean towels and bed linen. The second bedroom is the en-suite. The bedroom is bright and spacious with large bay windows overlooking the Sagrada Familia. A king-sized bed, two bedside tables with individual night lights, a wardrobe, a 32-inch TV with Chromecast, and access to the office space which consists of an office chair, a desk, and a monitor to let you work. The en-suite bathroom has a mixer shower, heated towel racks, a toilet, and a sink. This bedroom also has automatic blinds to block out the light and overlooks a playground which is shut off to the public at night. This apartment was previously rented out as a short-term let and is always in very high demand because of the location and the quality of the flat itself. The apartment is fairly small but has two very comfortable bedrooms and two immaculate bathrooms. The very clean kitchen is well equipped for making breakfast and an occasional lunch. The best thing about the apartment is the awesome location less than two blocks from Sagrada Familia. We loved walking by the beautiful basilica as we came and went each day. The apartment is quite spacious and the bedroom’s are on the backside of the building so you don’t hear the street noise at all. Very walkable to most areas of the city. ##### Candace S. Convenient to metro and transit. Less than one city block from the grocery. Tapas and cafes on every block. Our host was extremely courteous and welcomed us so graciously that we felt as though we were new residents to the neighborhood. Situated close enough to the sagrada familia for access but distant enough to be spared the constant grind of flocks of tourists. We give our experience a ten plus! ##### Fredrick Z. There are several food markets on the street, many restaurants, shops, and of course the amazing Sagrada Familia within blocks - you can see it from the bedroom window. You can catch the Hop-on Hop-off bus by the Sagrada. Marcel, the host, met us for check in; he’s very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. ##### Cathy H. Nearby restaurants, grocery stores and the metro make it comfortable and practical. Well outfitted with everything you need and a helpful & charming host.
