Pleasant but needs improving

We had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need; however, some areas of the property show signs of wear and are in need of maintenance. Additionally, the armchair shown in the photos was missing, making it less comfortable for more than two people to enjoy a long evening of family conversation. Unfortunately, we experienced some noise disturbances. Late on Saturday night, well past midnight, the shop downstairs was redecorating their window display and used a hammer, making it difficult to sleep until they stopped. On Sunday morning, we were woken up again by the sound of a drill. That said, the location is excellent and ideal for first-time visitors exploring Barcelona
