Great location a 5 -10 min from Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas. Good food suppliers in the neighbourhood. Close to Plaza Universidad stop for the Aerobus. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. We rented two units in the building for two families and it was perfect! The owners were so easy and helpful. Inside is a lovely space with lots of bathrooms for all. It is close to all kinds of fun-walking distance! Great restaurants and bars nearby too. We could also do laundry. That was important as we spent 5 days in Barcelona then went on a cruise.
