Located in the city centre next to Passeig de Gracia. Ideal for couples, families or friends. The apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Additionally, in the living room there is 1 sofa bed, so the capacity of the apartment is up to 3 people. The apartment has a kitchen and a full bathroom and has air conditioning, heating, free high-speed WiFi internet, TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Towels, bed sheets and hairdryer are included. Central apartment located on the border between the Gracia and Eixample neighbourhoods. The apartment is a few metres from Diagonal Avenue and Passeig de Gràcia. It has the best features of each neighbourhood. Thus, from the Gracia neighbourhood, it has the calm, relaxed and bohemian lifestyle with its numerous restaurants from around the world, tapas bars... and from the Eixample neighbourhood, it has the most elegant part, with the boutiques of Passeig de Gràcia, the magnificent modernist houses by Gaudí "La Pedrera" and "Casa Batlló". Additionally, the flat is only 10 minutes walking from Barcelona's historic centre (Plaça Catalunya and Gothic Quarter). Started out badly, as our train from Paris was 7 hours late into Barcelona, and Louis angrily left us to wait for him outside of the apartment at 1:30 in the morning, as though we did this on purpose...Also we reported that the pull out bed in the living room was broken, and they never repaired it. They did, however, allow us to use their printer from their office, which was very convenient. ##### louize h. Close to Diagonal metro. I enjoyed the small balcony. You feel a part of life in Gracia. Kitchen is well outfitted with utensils. The bed is surprisingly comfortable. The shower is also surprisingly good. BUT the place is a dump, in serious need of some updating. Really needs a new paint job. Aside from the one green walk nicely painted in the photo, from the walls I could have been in Egypt or Turkey aka 1990\. Trash can under the sink (after the maid left from cleaning) was disgusting. Bedside lamp bulb was burned out. Asked for a replacement (which I got very quickly thanks). The electric kettle provided stopped working after one use. The stove was not hooked up (either that or it's impossible to use) so was not usable. The lock for the key is on it's last legs. Several times I thought I'd be locked out. I was given only 1 towel and no top sheet for the bed when I arrived. Had to ask for them. Vivian is a doll and could not be nicer. But I found the other staff I dealt with to be very unfriendly and seem bothered by an presence of a real person that would take them away from their computer screen. And the maid pounded on the door 15 minutes before my official move out time and was extremely rude about my vacating immediately. Lastly, it took about 12 emails (not an exaggeration) to sort out the real price of the apartment. I was given conflicting, confusing and incomplete information.
