Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. Regardless of whether any guest stays for fewer nights, the tax is applied to the total number of nights in the reservation. \-Starting May 1st, the tourist tax will increase to €9.35 (VAT included), per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. \- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation. \-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250).
