This elegant apartment, with approximately 100 m² and a stunning 50 m² garden with private pool, is a real gem in a building with a lift on the ground floor, so you can easily access your oasis of tranquility. In addition, you have the option of having an optional Private Parking for a value of €25/day to guarantee the comfort of your stay. The nearest metro station, Muntaner, will allow you to move around the city with ease. ✅ Please note the following important information before booking: \-: The Property Manager will send you bank details like (IBAN: ES97 2100 \*\*\*\* \*\*\*\* \*\*\*\* 4518) exact after the reservation to make the 100% payment (Check your spam/junk mail folder too). \-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival. \-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link.
