My issue is with the check-in process and communication with office for service issues. We had 3 apartments. It took 45 min to get checked in. The automated machine process just doesn't work that well and 6 groups in the lobby were getting frustrated. Great cleaning staff were stepping in to help, but every check-in required several calls to office. They should make it a text response verses calling their offices, which would rarely be answered. Very short distance to two different metro lines and easy to find a taxi. Lots of restaurants and a big grocery store nearby. Space worked out perfectly for 4 adults and 3 children in 2 apartments. I stayed in the building other 9 business travelers. We all had our own private rooms. That’s a lot of capacity. Also, the common areas have a spacious living room/dining room/bar/kitchen with all the cooking items you need. The location is about ten steps off of Passeig de Gracia, which in my opinion is THE place to stay while in Barcelona. There are a neverending number of streets/shops/restaurants in the area. It’s also only a 10 minute walk to Plaça de Catalunya where the airport bus drops you. And the metro is 100 feet away from your doorstep. It’s absolutely perfect. The cleanliness was top notch, everything worked as it was supposed to. Also nearby is a 24 hour market that has everything you need. We stocked up on bottled water, Nespresso pods, ham, fruit cheese and bread…ohhhhh, the bread. Everything was top notch. I would absolutely stay here again. It’s awesome for groups or large families and there is SO much to do just outside. ##### Larry 2. Very close to lots of local tapas restaurants and grocery store and super markets. Walkable to major city sights. Looks just like pictures and the living room and study are great for relaxing after a day of sight seeing. We would definitely rent this apartment again on our next trip to Barcelona. ##### Tom F. In particular we enjoyed seeing Gaudi's masterpieces. The apartment is in a great location. Only 5-10 minutes walk from the end of the airport bus route which made getting there and back to the airport hassle free. Although we communicate easily with Karen and the staff, they were very friendly. The apartments were very tidy and it was great to have lots of rooms and bathrooms which were also lovely and clean. ##### Randy M.
