Located in the heart of Sants, this bright apartment is the perfect place to stay whether you're travelling as a couple, with your family, or on a business trip. It offers spectacular views. It is very well connected by metro and bus, providing excellent access to both the city centre and the Fira de Barcelona. This exclusive exterior-facing apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a wonderful stay in Barcelona. It features air conditioning, heating, TV, free 500 Mbps symmetrical Wi-Fi, and is laid out as follows:

MASTER BEDROOM: 160 cm x 200 cm bed, large closet, A/C, and ceiling fan.
DOUBLE BEDROOM: two single beds, large closet, A/C, and ceiling fan.
BATHROOM: full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet.
LIVING/DINING ROOM: spacious and cosy, with a sofa, dining table, Smart TV, work area, and air conditioning. Large windows with stunning unobstructed city views.
KITCHEN: fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle. It also includes a separate laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Strategically located in Plaza de Sants, the apartment offers easy access to all of Barcelona. Within minutes by public transport or even on foot, you can reach Plaza España and enjoy the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, the MNAC (National Art Museum of Catalonia), the Poble Espanyol, or the green spaces of Montjuïc Mountain, ideal for walking or sports.

The Sants area is one of the most authentic in the city, known for its local atmosphere, wide selection of traditional restaurants, tapas bars, local shops, and the iconic Mercat de Sants. It also offers excellent connections to Sants Station (AVE, national, and international trains), making it a perfect location for both tourism and business stays.

We provide basic amenities, as well as bed linens and one towel set per guest (one bath towel and one hand towel).
Additional towels, beach towels, and extra bed linens are available upon request for an additional cost.
We also offer a free baby cot and high chair upon prior request and subject to availability.
We arrange airport transfers at a fixed rate for your convenience.

The apartment is located on the ninth floor of a residential building with an lift, ensuring peace, privacy, and great views.

Mandatory tourist tax:
Not included in the accommodation price. It is charged per guest per night, up to a maximum of seven nights. Guests under 17 are exempt. The tourist tax must be paid at the rate in effect at check-in.

Late check-in fee:

8:00 p.m. – 11:00 PM: €30 surcharge
11:01 PM – 2:00 AM: €50 surcharge

This apartment is located in a residential building. In accordance with community regulations, this apartment is suitable only for families and adults over 30 years of age.

According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid ID (DNI or passport) for traveller registration.

A €300 deposit is required via credit card upon arrival (not applicable to Airbnb reservations). The deposit will be refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the apartment.

The following charges may be deducted from the deposit: lost or unreturned key set, €100; stained (sun cream, makeup, shoe soles, discoloration) or damaged bed linens or towels, €15 + VAT (21%) each; additional hour of extra cleaning due to the condition in which the apartment is left, €17 + VAT (21%).

Tourist tax not included: it must be paid at the rate applicable at the time of check-in. It applies per guest (aged 16 and older) and per night, with a maximum charge of seven nights. The current rate is €10.45 (the amount may change at any time in accordance with local regulations).

Late check-in fee: €30 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; €50 from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. This fee is charged directly to the guest checking in and is never deducted from the security deposit.

Pets and parties are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors’ quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not at home. We kindly ask you to avoid waste and use electricity, water, and gas responsibly. Excessive consumption may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Before leaving, please dispose of your trash in the bins outside the building and place your dishes in the dishwasher.

Please note that a Short-Term Rental Agreement, detailing the terms summarised here, must be signed via the online check-in form before your stay.
