It was clean and comfortable and communication with the apartment manager was really good. It is located in a quieter neighborhood, close to high-end designer stores if that is what you are looking for. For short stays, guests do not want to be shopping for basic needs. For seasoned travellers, these contributions by the property owner are most welcome. Thank goodness for the air conditioner and the fans because it was WARM while we visited in early September. Everything you want to explore is accessible by metro or walking.
