    Beautifully newly renovated 40-square-meter apartment for couples. 150 metres from the Picasso Museum. Located in the heart of the city’s trendiest area, El Borne (in Ciutat Vella, or Old Town, the historic centre of Barcelona). Just a few steps from the Picasso Museum and the beautiful Santa Maria del Mar Cathedral, and just a few minutes’ walk from Las Ramblas and the beach. Located on the 5th floor of a building without an lift.

    We want to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. This cosy apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and fully prepared to make you feel at home. While we don’t offer hotel services like breakfast, room service, or airport transfers, we’ve thought of every detail to ensure your comfort:

    ✔ Fully equipped kitchen: Utensils, dishes, coffee maker, and microwave for quick meals.
    ✔ Fresh linens and towels for all guests.

Cozy El Born Flat

A great location in the bustling El Born neighborhood. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, Santa Caterina market, Picasso museum and the cathedral. Flat is excellent for a solo traveler or a couple. Does require doing some stairs everyday. But a very good choice if it fits your needs.

Perfect location

Great location. El Born is the best place to stay if you want to be able to walk to bars and restaurants easily there are so many in that neighborhood. Just look down a street and you will find something. The pull out couch is not super comfy but the bed in the bedroom is perfect. Lots of storage. The only downside is it has 74 stairs to climb. With no lift. It was the worst part of my day having to Climb those stairs. My son and I are both fit. And it was not a comfortable journey each day. I did not see in the description that there were that many stairs. So you need to be prepared. For that.

Barcelona stay

The apartment was very comfortable and we loved the exposed brick walls and timber beams. It was well set up with crockery etc. The location was excellent with many bars and restaurants nearby. The only thing to be mindful of is that there are five flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment.
