Small loft apartment with exterior balcony, very clear and completely renovated and inspired by the Catalan wine cellars and only 6 min. walk to the BEACH.
The neighborhood is traditional and multicultural, 150 meters. there is FREE and free PARKING 24 / hrs, 365 days / year; 4 min. walking is the train station that reaches the center of Barcelona in only 14 min. Within a radius of 200 meters there are parks, sports, leisure and entertainment areas.
Ideal accommodation for couples or couples plus a friend.

Cozy to a fault

The apartment was clean and modern, but we found that apartment was exceedingly small. There was not enough room to even put our suitcases without either sacrificing access to the bedroom or the eating area. In fact we found it difficult for the two of us to be standing in the same room at the same time. We walked over 1/2 mile to the water and found no beach.
