Located on a semi-pedestrian street, very quiet at night and just 4 minutes walk from the metro. The apartment is all exterior and has a fantastic kitchen where you can enjoy cooking fresh food. It consists of: -1 large bedroom (with extra-large bed 180x190cm, chest of drawers, clothes rack). -1 small bedroom (with 2 beds 90x190, without wardrobe). -1 Kitchen open to the living room in the same room. -1 Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. -1 entrance hall. Apartment equipped with: - Sheets and towels for all guests. - WI-FI Internet. - Express coffee maker; Microwave with grill; Electric oven; Dishwasher; Refrigerator; Freezer; Kitchen utensils for cooking. - The apartment does NOT have a WASHING MACHINE. - The building does NOT have an ELEVATOR and is a real 3rd floor that is easy to climb. This apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your arrival. \-GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT ALLOWED. -We ask that you respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. -Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited and carries a fine of 50 to 250 Euros. -Pets under 10kg are allowed upon request (additional 20€). \-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record arguments but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood.
