Very near the apartment you will find the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. The Las Arenas shopping centre is just a few metres from the apartment where you will find more than 100 shops, a cinema and many gastronomic options. It has air conditioning, a safe, and free Wi-Fi. The building is completely renovated with a modern style, while at the same time continuing to maintain the Catalan and traditional vaulted ceilings. At street level, there is the dining room, comfortable and bright, equipped with a flat-screen television, which provides access to a covered terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs; the kitchen, fully equipped and also has access to the terrace and a bathroom fitted with a shower. On the first floor of the apartment, we find two bedrooms and an additional bathroom with a shower. On this same level, there is another small terrace. Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228\. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00\. Mobile self check-in from 15:00\. Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30\. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment. Towels and bedding are provided for the stay. No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed. The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price.
