The Space: Welcome to my 115m2 apartment located in Sant Antoni, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, and conveniently located next to Eixample neighbourhood and Plaza España. This apartment features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and a great balcony terrace. ⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. The Neighborhood: Sant Antoni is a neighborhood in the Eixample district of Barcelona. Its non-official centre, the marketplace of the same name—designed by Antoni Rovira i Tries and built between 1872 and 1882—is one of the oldest and most popular in the city, especially with the secondhand book stalls that surround the building Sunday mornings. It is bordered by the neighbourhoods of the L’Antiga Esquerra de l’Eixample, the Raval, and Poble Sec. The streets of Sant Antoni follow the grid pattern prevalent in all of Eixample, except for a central thoroughfare, the Avinguda del Mistral built on the site of an important medieval road which led out of Barcelona. Another well-known landmark of Sant Antoni is the bar called Els Tres Tombs, right next to the market. Getting Around: The closest metro station is Poble Sec (Line 3). The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça España. Well-located, easily accessible. two things could be improved : bed quality (but not a big deal) and a quick paint refresh. ##### caroline l. The radiators were brown and had dust on them. The seams of the shower were also very dirty. The sofa, which really needs to be replaced, had stains and there were used tissues under the cushions. The smart TV was unusable as you had to have a paid version to stream from your phone and there was no cable in the TV. The shelves under the TV also looked very fragile. The curtain rails were hanging loose and the curtain did not cover the entire window. The response time of the host was good and when we reported that we had no hot water, this was quickly resolved. In summary, I don't think this is value for the money we paid. Shame.. ##### Mees O. Aufenthalt war gut, Lage super. Leider keine Decken und der Fernseher ging auch nicht. Nach mehrmaligem hin und her schreiben haben wir Decken am letzten Tag erhalten aber der Fernseher ging immer noch nicht.
