This new apartment is just 5 minute away walk from Plaça Universitat and 10 minutes from Las Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya. It provides the perfect home base for discovering the city in any direction.
A very important asset of the aparment it's its central location, within easy reach of the city's shopping and tourist areas.
Very good transport connection, only 5 minutes to arrive to metro Station "Universitat" (L1 and L2) and several bus lines in surroundings.

Prefect location!

This neighborhood was perfect for us. Everything you need within walking distance. There are excellent restaurants in the area as well. We felt very safe walking at night. Highly recommend!!!!

Perfect spot in Barcelona

Communication with the hiost was excellent. The place was very comfortable, and as advertised. As for location, it couldn't be better. Close enough to walk to many important sites, but you felt like you were in a real neighbourhood and out of the tourist fray. Highly recommended. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Terrific Place

Apartment was clean and well appointed. Location is excellent. Nearby you will find grocery, cafe, bar, and just about anything else you would want. Neighborhood felt safe and walkable. From subway or bus stops nearby the whole city is easy to access.

Great apartment in nice neighborhood of Barcelona

We loved our time in this unit in a great neighborhood of Barcelona. Close to metro lines, bakeries and restaurants on all four corners right outside the front door. We arrived very late and the owner accommodated us. More then two people would be tight, for my wife and I we loved it and hope to stay again!

Great apartment/location

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Very good location. We were able to walk to a lot of the places we wanted to see. The apartment has a lift which was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. The connection with the rental agency went pretty well. WhatsApp is a good way to communicate after you arrive. Someone will meet you at the apartment. The tv’s did not work at all.

Bright apt in Eixample neighbourhood

Bright apt in 8 story building. Close to Plaza Catalunya, many restaurants, walking distance to Raval and Bario Gotíc. It is on a main street, so you’ll notice traffic noise but it dies down at night. Functional kitchen.

Les petits coussins sur les fauteuils de la photo n’y sont plus … Le matelas et ce qui sert d’oreillers sont tellement durs, courbatures à tous les matins. :-( La situation du logement est excellente , tout est à 15 minutes et le métro à 5 minutes de marche. Service 0 , mon erreur, je me suis trompé sur la date de départ, c’est correct, on doit quitter, seulement il aurait été vraiment apprécié un petit coup de main pour se reloger au lieu d,une déclaration bête ; c’est votre erreur, votre problème… Voilà

Awesome place to stay in Barcelona! The location is perfect, with so many great options around and far away from noise streets. The apartment is clean and really cozy at the same time. A beautiful space in the perfect location! It was quiet, had an elevator, and the city street view was very nice. My fiancée and I loved the walkability to LGBT clubs and overall neighborhood vibe! The hosts were helpful and responsive. The space is nice but amenities are somewhat basic and limited (ie no oil or salt and pepper to cook). Would stay here again for the location but would make sure to bring some essentials!

Very kind and responsive hosts. There were some things I did not understand when filling out some forms and they were immensely polite in walking me through the process. This is also the best location!!!!! Everything is either walkable or a 10 min cab ride away, you’re above a Michelin star restaurant, and close by so many other nice tapas restaurants and cafes. The place was spotless and their air conditioners are top notch. There are grocery and convenience stores just around the corner and it is quiet at night :) I give this place 10/10!
