In addition, you have the option of parking in the building for €25/day (optional). The apartment is very well located, with the Joanic metro station (L4) within walking distance, which makes it easy to access the main points of interest in Barcelona. This Holiday Loft in Gràcia with Terrace and Pool has an open layout, which means that the rest areas are not private. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room with direct access to the private terrace and, from there, to the community pool. The sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable double bed. If you go up the stairs to the mezzanine, you will discover another double bed and a living area with another double sofa bed. On this same floor, there is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. In addition, you will have clean towels and bed linen for a comfortable and pleasant stay. ✅ Please note the following important information before booking: \-: The Property Manager will send you bank details like (IBAN: ES97 2100 \*\*\*\* \*\*\*\* \*\*\*\* 4518) exact after the reservation to make the 100% payment (Check your spam/junk mail folder too). \-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival. \-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days. \-: Travel cot/ High Chair: Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item.
