Dear Ram, We regret your stay was not pleasant in our hotel, we would like to inform that all information provided in our website is correct. 1.The hotel is 25mnts from Barcelona city by car and 45 mnts in Public Transport and the hotel is located in Barcelona Nord 2. The weather was so hot the last week of August but the air conditioning were working correctly 3. The WI-FI service is working correctly. Clients have to login with personal email to use the service and front desk team are available to support all our guest. 4 At the reservation time, we recommend to take into account room description and hotel facilities to avoid future complaints. 5 The ants is due to some clients have bags food in the rooms and we dont have minibar.However the issue is sort out.RegardsKind regards

Dear Leomel, We apologize about the dog barking issue, however if you had a bad experience de first night why you decided stay 2 nights. At the same time we remind you our receptionist gave you a solution at the moment if the AC were not working, you had the opportunity to request it the next day in front desk, our team is always available to sort out the issue. Finally we can not accepted the refund requested by you because you stay the full nights
