It is located in the quiet El Guinardó district, perfectly connected to the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to several metro stations, such as La Sagrera, just a 10-minute walk away. In the area, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and everything you need for a comfortable stay in Barcelona.  
  
  
  
The apartment has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and essential items. The living room is spacious and features a fully equipped open kitchen, dining table, and a sofa bed.
