The predominant white color all over the place, small details in its decoration and modern amenities including will welcome you to an unforgettable stay. His lovely balconies will become the ideal place to spend the afternoon and relax after a day of sightseeing.
It has two bedrooms, each with double bed and large closet. The first room with balcony overlooking the street Riera Blanca. One bathroom with shower and bathtub. Large living room with double sofa bed, dining for 6 and a fully equipped open kitchen. Balcony with table and chairs.

Property on a pictures look like it is completely new. Basically property is modern, bathroom is ok, but ready from some reparation ( when you are showering water is splashing on athe floor, you must put towels on the floor :) )
Unfortunately i found dust on many spots inside the apartment.
I recommend apartment if you are budget limited and need it only for taking a rest and sleeping.
It could use some updating but great quiet location not near the tourist attractions, there is plenty of transportation available with buses, underground trains that’s takes you anywhere in Barcelona to economical taxis that came by often in front of the apartment, I would definitely recommend this place 👍🏻
Der äußere Eindruck und der Hausflur sind als erster Eindruck nicht geeignet - die Wohnung erfüllt Ihren Zweck für die Dauer von 5 Tagen hervorragend, kann man doch von hier aus den Rest der Stadt hervorragend erkunden. Der Bus vor der Tür und die U-Bahn fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, erleichtern die Erkundungen prima :-)
Das Viertel Sants-Badal liegt etwa einen Kilometer vom Camp Nou. Dort finden sich viele kleine Restaurants und Bars und man ist mitten im realen Leben und ohne viele Touristen. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Umgebung.

Perfect little place with various restaurants and stores very close by. Arrival was very easy, and everything accurately explained. Departure was effortless, but a LONG delay in refunding Damage Deposit, which was supposed to be processed day of departure iAW terms and conditions. Communications are nonexistent after departure, but reasonably instantaneous before and during stay, very unfortunate.
