Beautiful studio near the Sagrada familia and the beach
Spacious short-term rental in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Bac de Roda L2 metro station and with all amenities nearby.
Two stops from the Sagrada Familia, five stops from the city center and all the wonders of Barcelona. Just 2 km from the beach.
The shower is spacious (140 x 90 cm) with a massage function. The bathroom is equipped with toiletries. The terrace is very pleasant. This is the host's primary residence, decorated to their taste. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, and more.
This is a studio with two double beds, as pictured. (The sofa in the photo has been replaced with a double bed , i can put the sofa back for long term renting)
There is no private parking, but parking is available in the neighborhood for a fee.
It is a short-term accommodation rental service: the rental for a short period for non-tourist purposes applicable to the seasonal rental regulations of article 3.2 of Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Leases.
