The room is very spacious and bright, with a beautiful ocean view that fills the space with natural light. It features a very comfortable double bed and a large sofa that converts into an equally comfortable double bed, allowing it to accommodate up to four people. It’s ideal for families or small groups looking to enjoy a relaxing stay with ocean views.

The house is shared, but its spacious layout ensures plenty of peace and privacy. It’s an exceptionally quiet space, perfect for unplugging and resting.

The 50 m² terrace is surrounded by plants and flowers, creating a fresh, natural, and relaxed atmosphere. There are two separate tables on the terrace and a third table inside, creating different spaces where you can eat, work, or simply relax with more privacy.

There are two shared bathrooms: one full bathroom with a shower and an additional half-bath.

The kitchen is also shared and fully equipped, with direct access to the terrace and everything you need to prepare your meals.

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet surrounded by vibrant life and amenities. The port of Premià de Mar is very close by and is one of the most pleasant areas of town, with numerous restaurants of all kinds, bars, and beach bars where you can enjoy the local cuisine, have a drink, and soak up the Mediterranean atmosphere.
